The electronics manufacturing industry holds an important position in economic development and is currently at a historical opportunity period for reshaping the ecosystem and promoting new technologies. After meticulous preparation, NEPCON ASIA 2021 (ASIA Electronic Production Equipment and Microelectronics Industry Exhibition) will be held as scheduled from October 20th to 22nd at Halls 17 and 20 of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao'an New Building). Concurrently, on October 21st, 2021 (the 25th), the Shenzhen Intelligent Manufacturing SMT Technology Advanced Seminar will take place. Under the theme of "Intelligent Manufacturing and the Latest Development Trends in High-Reliability Electrical Equipment Technology and Industry," Bruce Lau, Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Puke Technology Co., Ltd., focused on the application and market development and management of products with high added value, high mix, high reliability, and ultra-wide process windows. He has extensive experience in market development and cutting-edge technology applications in the fields of electronics, semiconductors, and optical communications, particularly in installation, testing, and welding. At this seminar, he shared the latest applications of online 3D X-ray detection technology in the automotive electronics and high-end communication manufacturing industries.
