X over Fiber high-speed line scan camera
The 8k monochrome high-speed line scan camera and the 16k true color line scan camera are based on Hikrobot self-developed X over Fiber fiber optic interface. The maximum full-resolution downward frequency can reach up to 200kHz and 47kHz, respectively. Both use the accompanying self-developed X over Fiber acquisition card MV-GS1002F, with a maximum effective bandwidth of up to 20Gbps, and can be widely used in various high-precision, high-speed visual inspection scenarios such as lithium batteries and thin films.
Hyperspectral SWIR industrial camera
The hyperspectral SWIR industrial camera can continuously respond within the spectral range of 400-1700nm, covering both the visible light and short-wave infrared bands. Equipped with TEC (Thermoelectric Cooler) for active cooling, it ensures imaging quality. It is suitable for AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) equipment in industries such as semiconductors, photovoltaics, agriculture, and printing, to detect visible light/naked-eye indetectible hidden defects such as cracks in silicon wafers and crystals.
21-megapixel high-speed area scan camera
The 21-megapixel ultra-high frame rate camera, developed based on Hikrobot self-developed X over Fiber protocol, transmits data through dual fiber optic paths with a maximum bandwidth of up to 100Gbps, supporting 540 frames at full resolution, making it suitable for various high-speed inspection scenarios.

The ID3000XM industrial reading flagship is designed to meet diverse reading scenarios
The new ID3000XM industrial reader from Hikvision Robotics features a completely new industrial design language, with outstanding performance in terms of aesthetics, functionality, size, and ease of use. The ID3016XM series, suitable for high-speed reading scenarios such as fast-moving consumer goods packaging, tobacco, lithium batteries, and logistics, can achieve a frame rate of up to 120 FPS. Combined with deep learning algorithms, it offers high reading efficiency. It can still achieve stable reading even on high-speed rotating tables exceeding 3m/s.
For challenging code reading scenarios, the ID3000XM employs a triple multi-illumination scheme in its optical design, offering stronger environmental adaptability and easy adaptation to complex industry scenes and variations in marking materials. For extremely small code scenarios in 3C, LCD panels, photovoltaics, etc., the ID3000XM can easily recognize QR codes with a minimum unit size of 8um by installing an ultra-small code accessory. The integrated installation method allows the working distance to be reduced to within 40mm, fitting into more compact equipment spaces. Additionally, the swiveling tail cable design offers more flexible installation options.
SC6000AI vision sensor for high-speed OCV (Open Circuit Voltage) detection
The SC6000AI smart camera is equipped with powerful AI algorithms, offering solutions not limited by industry, from simple presence or absence judgments to complex defect detection. It can effectively detect defects such as missing printed characters, extra characters, and overlaps, with a detection speed of 100ms. It is widely used in high-speed and complex application scenarios such as packaging appearance defect detection, workpiece size measurement, product alignment and fitting, pharmaceutical inspection, etc.
SVC2000 vision controller for AI vision inspection
The new embedded vision controller SVC2000, equipped with a high-performance embedded platform boasting 6T of computing power, features a wealth of data acquisition and control interfaces. It comes with a complete VM algorithm development platform, including over 140 algorithmic tools. The product is flexible to use, powerful in functionality, compact in design, and excellent in performance, providing a comprehensive solution for multi-camera simple vision applications.
3D Vision | High-precision measurement, forging unlimited quality
3C | Multi-function inspection of smartphone frames and defect detection of connectors
In 3C industry applications, the DP2120 achieves measurement of smartphone frame section differences and detection of foreign objects in battery compartments, including the detection of glassine paper, foam, and screws. The DP3120 inspects for defects in connector pins, including the presence of extra pins, missing pins, broken pins, and misaligned pins.
Lithium Battery | Multi-function inspection of lithium battery top covers and defect detection of lithium battery housings
In the application of the lithium battery industry, two DP3060 cameras are used to complete the flatness detection and peripheral weld defect detection for the weld beads, while another DP3020 is used for the defect detection of sealing nails, with ultra-high precision suitable for defect and size detection of small parts of workpieces. For the detection of scratches and pits on the surface of lithium batteries, the DP3120 is adopted, relying on the "2D+3D" solution based on the VM 3D algorithm platform, which can achieve a detection effect of zero missed detection, low false judgment, and high efficiency.
Automotive | Defect detection of sealing components and contour detection of deflectors
In automotive industry applications, the DP2060 is used to detect defects in circular sealing rings in the automotive industry, accurately outputting defects such as meat missing, excess meat, and breaks in the sealing rings. The DP3060 is used to detect the contour height of deflectors. For objects being tested with high reflective materials like these, the camera's anti-glare interference algorithm clearly restores the texture of the deflector, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the detection.
